This Returns & Exchange Policy explains the conditions under which Luxestone Jewels accepts returns and exchanges.
RETURNS ELIGIBILITY
Items are eligible for return only if they are unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition with original packaging. Returned items must show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

RETURN REQUEST PROCESS
To request a return, customers must contact Luxestone Jewels before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Once a return request is approved, customers will receive instructions for shipping the item back.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are permitted only for eligible items and are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.
Exchange items must meet the same condition requirements as returns.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Luxestone Jewels is not responsible for items lost during return transit.

REFUNDS

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
